To schedule an appointment, please contact our receptionist at (352) 237-8400 or (800) 521-6028. If you cannot keep your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Our regular office hours are 8am-5pm Monday thru Friday. The hours are variable on the days the doctor performs surgery.
